Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wabbus marketplace (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Wabbus LLC (“Wabbus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Platform Overview

Wabbus is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”). Wabbus provides the technology infrastructure and does not manufacture, warehouse, or directly sell any products listed by Vendors unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payments

• Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Wabbus does not store full credit card details.
• You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with your purchases.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on Vendor policies and the condition of the items received. Requests must be submitted through the Platform within the applicable return window.

Wabbus may facilitate refunds where appropriate but is not obligated to issue refunds for disputes between Customers and Vendors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure or services.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Wabbus LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without our written permission. Vendor-submitted product listings remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wabbus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
