Wabbus operates a marketplace that connects customers (“Customers”) with independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”).

• Wabbus provides and maintains the Platform infrastructure.
• Vendors are independent businesses responsible for fulfilling orders.
• Wabbus is not the manufacturer or direct seller of vendor-listed products unless explicitly stated.

When a Customer places an order:

• Order details (such as name and shipping address) are shared with the specific Vendor fulfilling that order.
• Vendors receive only the information necessary to process and ship the order.
• Vendors are not permitted to use Customer information for marketing purposes.
• Vendors cannot initiate unsolicited communications with Customers.
• Messaging is only available when a Customer initiates communication after completing a purchase.
